Flatwing Piggy

A hybrid between Flatwing and Bush Pig, this is a big fish fly with sinuous action and water-pushing 3D profile.

Geez Vlad, you do tie some beauties...you really do.

This is one of the most attractive streamers I've seen yet, and I've seen a lot.

Jeremy.

Thanks brother! This has been such a long winter, and these flies help me think of spring time!

Hi Bross,

This fly is mostly made of DNA Frosty Fish Fibre. The colors are (bottom to top): white, polar bear, pink, chartreuse and blue/grey. Three saddle hackles are tied "flatwing style" for the tail (white, cream, yellow on top.)

Tie some ice blue Polarflash to the tail, and some pearl Angel Hair to the sides for that extra sparkle.

Thanks for stopping by!
