I love wetfly and piano too! : ) love the ant pattern! Vlad, do you fish them dead drift or swing? or both?

I haven't had chance to try them yet-they are brand new. I did have very good luck with dry version of the Poodle last summer. I'd love to try the wet Poodle/ant dead drift, since I also fish wet beetle patterns that way. I am sure trout would sometimes take them on the swing, too.
We still have snow on the ground-spring is slow up here :-(
Nice fly Vlad. I didn't know you could tie in the Paraloop style...GOOD job!! I have yet to learn that and find it interesting.
I recently saw one just like it in the latest Fly Tyers magazine, a favorite.

Thanks Jeremy. I used to tie more paraloop flies, but usually with dry fly hackle and sometimes soft hackle collars. Now I am experimenting with wet paraloops, tied with herl.
