Slow Fishing

Slow fishing on the flats. Few fish around and I had to search for the clean, clear water. Found a single fish this morning, which refused the crab. Second half of August is usually better, but the focus also changes toward bonito and albie fishing.

Dragon Tail Baitfish

Not my favorite fly, but so easy to tie...and it is ugly! Dragon tail baitfish, size 2/0, just another boring Albie Snax impersonation.😂
