Beautiful water!! Vlad, Challenging but you did well! Sight nymphing is definitely a exciting game! I love it too... everything is so subtle, and suddenly the surface just explode!
I have been thinking to go back to Czech nymphing lately. Maybe need a new rod for that... what do you think the affinity X blanks for the CZ work? Vlad.
Thanks brother... It was crazy hot on the water today, but I love the summer weather.
I think you can't go wrong with CTS. Affinity X blanks are available up to 10'6" (based on the catalog info.) Almost like a mini switch rod. Depending on the length, even though X is a fast taper (great sensitivity with nymphs), with longer length it might be actually perfect for CZ technique.
Cool! thanks for the info. Vlad, I am thinking about the 3weight 10' model too... sensitivity is probably the most important factor I am looking for... I will email them and see what they say... Thanks! Mark
