Thanks Jay...here's the instructions:
Place the hook (Gamakatsu SC15 2/0) in the vise. Tie one pinch of white craft fur as a tail. Wrap the shank with silver body braid for additional "inner glow." Tie another clump of white craft fur at the head, followed by the clump of silver angel hair, followed by the topping of sand or tan colored craft fur. Tie off. Take a pre-stretched piece of large EZ body tubing ("lateral line" color), cut a partial slit on the bottom and slide it over the hook shank. The slit will ride around the hook bend. Tie it at the hook eye with the fine monofil thread. Coat the whole body tubing with epoxy. Place mylar eyes and add another light coat of epoxy over eyes and body. Option: you can weight the hook before the first tying step and cover the lead wire with the silver braid.
