Thanks, Vlad. I use regular white craft foam with sticky back. Here in the US you can get it in most craft stores. I have a variety of metalic transfer sheets so I can add color to each fly once in is tied. Tie the fly with sticky side out and just peel off the backing tape and transfer the desired color. I also use marking pens.
For the record, the flies in the photo are based on the Crease Fly developed by a saltwater guide from the North Fork of Long Island, NY by the name of Joe Blados. Hell of a nice guy anda great guide.

Hi Jack...sure they are. It clearly says above the photo "baby bunker crease flies."
